15 days to change your mind and return your product

Is the product you received not what you were expecting? Too bad 🙁 Fortunately PlantedBox offers you the option of returning your product within 15 working days. After receiving your package you have 15 days to cancel your order without giving any reasons. After that you have another 15 days to return the product.

Then the full purchase price (including shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that I have received the package correctly. Only the shipping costs for returning to PlantedBox have to be paid by yourself (€7), these costs will be deducted from the return amount. If the fault lies with me (e.g. the wrong product was sent to me or in case of a warranty issue), then this return cost does not apply.

There are a number of exceptions to the right of return:

  • Products that are no longer sealed (e.g. fertilizers);
  • Products that have been custom-made;
  • Products that are damaged & can no longer be used;
  • Products with clear traces of use.

How to return your product?

Is your product not among the exceptions above? Please notify me first via e-mail. I will then send a return label to you via email, which you can stick on your box containing the product you wish to return. Then you give the package to the chosen postal service and you’re done!

Please also download and fill out the model form with your package. The products should be in their original condition (i.e. not broken, badly scratched, unsealed, etc.) and – if possible – in their original packaging.

PS: do you have a complaint? Send me an e-mail. You can also ask for mediation via Webwinkelkeur. Furthermore, as a consumer in the EU you also have the possibility to file your complaint via the ODR platform of the European Commission. I recommend you to file your complaint there if it is not already handled elsewhere.
