What are the shipping costs?
There is nothing as annoying as ordering your products online and then only seeing the (overpriced) shipping costs in the last order step. I prefer to be transparent about the shipping costs right away. That is why I have kept them as simple as possible:
- Shipping to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg & Germany: maximum €5 incl. VAT
- Shipping to France: maximum €6.5 incl. VAT
- Other locations: please contact me
For any order over 65€, shipping is completely free.
When will my order arrive?
Your order will usually be dispatched the next morning and will also be securely packaged to ensure that it arrives in good condition. When your order will arrive depends on the day you place your order, but usually this is
- Belgium & Netherlands: within 2 working days
- Luxembourg, Germany & France: within 3 to 5 days
- Other European countries: within 5 days
With each order you will also receive a free track & trace, which you receive within 24 hours after shipping. That way you can follow your order from shipment to delivery at your home.
Who delivers my order?
Safe shipment of your products is also important. Nothing as annoying as a package not arriving! That is why I have chosen a reliable courier service: DHL. They deliver your order super fast and safe in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Do you live in Germany or France? Then DHL will deliver your package themselves or hand it over to the local courier at the border for delivery. This depends on how busy the sorting centre is and on the region where you live. The parcel is then delivered to your home or to the nearest office / postal service point if you were absent.
How can I pay?
I offer you a choice of payment methods. This is easier for you, just select the method or payment card you prefer. The different payment methods are:

PlantedBox uses a secure payment environment, so that you can make a payment in complete safety and confidence. No one can sneak a peek when you are paying.
This is because every payment is made using what is known as “SSL security“, which encrypts all your transaction data. The SSL software used by PlantedBox is approved and certified by GoDaddy, an internet security company specialising in secure transactions.
