Au lieu d&rsquo;un exc\u00e9dent hebdomadaire, vous dosez chaque jour de petites quantit\u00e9s, avec une proportion d&rsquo;azote plus basse, adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 un bac \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&rsquo;un sol technique. L&rsquo;approche vient du monde de l&rsquo;aquascaping. Personne ne peut dire avec certitude qui l&rsquo;a d\u00e9crite le premier sous le nom de lean dosing. Plusieurs marques l&rsquo;appliquent aujourd&rsquo;hui, dont mon <a href=\"https:\/\/planted-box.com\/fr\/product\/all-in-one-lean-dosing\/\">PlantedBox All-in-One Lean Dosing<\/a> et la gamme APT de 2HR Aquarist.<\/p>\n<p>Pourquoi une dose d&rsquo;azote plus basse donne-t-elle de la couleur ? Un taux de nitrate bas et stable influence la couleur de plantes comme les Rotala et les Ludwigia, et une plante tr\u00e8s rouge indique m\u00eame un l\u00e9ger stress azot\u00e9 [1]. Et pourquoi cela convient-il \u00e0 un sol technique ? Ce type de sol lib\u00e8re surtout de l&rsquo;ammonium, et la plupart des plantes aquatiques absorbent l&rsquo;ammonium de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence au nitrate [2]. Une petite dose quotidienne dans la colonne d&rsquo;eau vient compl\u00e9ter cet apport.<\/p>\n<p>Estimative Index et Lean Dosing sont donc deux strat\u00e9gies valables, pour deux situations diff\u00e9rentes. L&rsquo;EI donne une base g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse et stable, et convient bien \u00e0 un sol inerte comme du gravier ou du sable. Le Lean Dosing vise une croissance compacte et des rouges plus intenses, et donne le meilleur de lui-m\u00eame sur sol technique avec un CO2 stable.<\/p>\n<p>Sur la base de recherches effectu\u00e9es par AdvancedPlantedTank, ADA utilise les valeurs suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nitrate : jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 1 ppm<\/li>\n<li>Phosphate : jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 0,5 ppm<\/li>\n<li>Potassium : jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 25 ppm<\/li>\n<li>Fer : jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 0,1 ppm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Comme vous pouvez le voir, ces valeurs sont beaucoup plus faibles qu&rsquo;avec la m\u00e9thode Estimative Index, surtout pour le nitrate. Mais n&rsquo;oubliez pas que ces bacs ont presque toujours un aquasoil BOURR\u00c9 de nutriments.
