Pruning aquarium mosses without floating particles<\/h2>\n

The first thing you need is a “Spring Scissor<\/a>“, also available from PlantedBox. These aquarium scissors are extremely small and fit easily in the palm of your hand. Its special cut also makes it particularly suitable for pruning aquarium mosses without damaging the plant.<\/p>\n

Next, attach a filter hose to the side of the Spring Scissor using two straps that you tighten securely. Make sure the filter hose is as far in front as possible, but make sure the scissors still open properly. It should like this:<\/p>\n

After that, it’s just a matter of sucking on the filter hose until the water starts running and then you can start trimming and pruning your aquarium moss. You will see that most of the loose pieces are sucked up immediately.<\/p>\n
